To enable Royal Navy recruiters to provide positive and engaging interaction for potential recruits, resulting in a higher footfall of quality candidates whilst positively presenting the values, ethos and ‘brand’ of the Royal Navy.
AGA implemented this one-day training programme across the country over four months in 2009, training over 200 of the Royal Navy Recruitment Field Force.
This highly successful programme, noted for its realistic role plays, continues to receive fantastic feedback from recruits and has been incorporated into the curriculum at the Royal Naval School of Recruiting which is delivered by AGA.
