Following success in the implementation and deployment of a UK Management Development Programme for a luxury automotive manufacturer, AGA Performance was tasked to launch a similar Middle East and North Africa based programme in October 2016.
The programme, designed and developed by AGA Performance, was initiated to assess departmental managers and heads of business against the six core brand management competencies. The assessment encompassed four key activities:
• Appraisal role play
• Customer satisfaction analysis
• Business case study
Results are continuously monitored through assessing the improvement in service efficiencies and customer satisfaction scores, which show the Managers implementing their learning and knowledge within the business.
