Since its inception in August 2012, many have gone through this Approval Process and as a result of its success, our client’s sister company adopted an identical process in May 2014.
Upon completion of the Assessment Centre, AGA Performance presents a report to the client with all of the information relating to the Approval Process. This ensures an Approved Head of Business can focus upon the key development areas discussed in the report, including Online Ability Test and Occupational Personality Questionnaire results.
