After participating in a 360° Appraisal, Heads of Business receive five two-hour Executive Coaching Sessions, over a 12-month period.
These challenging, confidential and results focused Coaching Sessions enable Heads of Business to focus upon developing the performance of their business, together with their team and personal performance. At the end of the Coaching period, there is the opportunity to participate in a further 360° Appraisal, which will enable a review of progress.
This programme was so successful that the client extended the programme for a further year.
