We created and delivered a dealer management development programme in conjunction with the Institute of the Motoring Industry.
We provided proactive support by:
• Conducting a training needs analysis
• Creating personal development plans and administering training
• Coaching and ‘on-the-job’ business improvement projects
The programme included a final accreditation assessment, which was aligned to the IMI.
The programme was successful in increasing the skills and competencies of the senior management within its network.
